Warranty Policy

My Clear Backpack protects our customers above and beyond the competition by starting with superior quality products. We then take customer service to another level by providing our customers with an industry leading 3 Year Guarantee against manufacturers defects.

Whenever you create a product there may be an issue that arises in the manufacturing process. We do not believe our customers should be responsible for this. We cover all of our products, except the Privacy Pouch, with our 3 Year Warranty as a means to add value and protect your purchase.

We examine every claim on an individual basis without any bias. This means that if you only purchase one product from us you will be treated the same as a customer that may have purchased hundreds of products. No one is less important to us.

My Clear Backpack will need to inspect every product for every claim. My Clear Backpack must reference ALL claims against an original purchase in order to proceed with any claim. We provide two (2) ways to submit your claim with us:

  1. Send us digital pictures of the whole bag and of the broken areas via email customersupport@myclearbackpack.com We need to clearly see what is going on. Once we determine that the issue is covered by the manufacturers’ warranty, we will send you a replacement piece. If the item is damaged from wear and tear we will notify you about this as it will not fall under the manufacturers guarantee.
  2. You can send us the bag via Parcel Post only. Once we have inspected the bag, and determine that it is covered by the warranty, we will send you a replacement and reimburse you the parcel post shipping. If the bag is not covered we do not reimburse the postage.

Every claim submitted must include the following:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone
  • Date of Purchase
  • Original Order Number

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. All products purchased for commercial purposes are NOT covered under this warranty.

Warranty WILL NOT include the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dirt / Mold
  • Stains
  • Tears
  • Punctures
  • Rips
  • Any product not from an original purchase through us including previous warranty replacements

Cleaning instructions to keep your product like new:

  • Wipe with a soft cloth and mild dish soap.
  • Wipe with damp cloth and allow to air dry.
  • Do not put them in the dishwasher or washing machine.
  • Do not use cleaning solvents or bleach on products.
  • Do not submerge in any liquid, it will penetrate the stitched seams.

You will be contacted within 48 hours either by phone or e-mail.
